A lot of elderly people who are very, very upset about the smallest things (like not having a senior discount or not having espresso cups or fries not having enough salt or "why is the line so slow?") but they handle them with a calmness I didn't have when I worked in fast food.April 18, 2017

A crew member took my complaint while the manager standing next to him was completely oblivious. Said that he was busy and there were other managers to handle it. At no time did he call another manager to help me. Not the first time i have had issues here. Where is the accountability. I would like a refund.October 25, 2016
