  I'd read reviews about how this place used to be really good. Gave it a shot the other day.
  
  Came in and there was no hostess when we walked in. We stood there for a minute or two and never got acknowledged, so we sat ourselves. It was mildly busy, so no big deal. Eventually a waitress came around and gave us menus and took our order. Service was good, no complaints. Our waitress was training a new employee and she did a good enough job of making sure we got everything we needed.
  
  From the reviews I'd read, I decided to get their best reviewed item, the Fish 'n Chips. First off, the fries had no taste. They were real dark and soggy. Looked like they were cooked in old oil. Maybe look into steak fries and change the oil every now and then, these were bad. The fish was huge, but the problem was it had no taste. It was also very soft, you can tell it was frozen and then just thrown right into the fryer. Very disappointed from an "Irish" pub & grille they can't even get Fish 'n Chips right.
  
  The beer selection was okay, I wish they had a menu or a list available, somewhere you could see what's on tap without having to read a handwritten list from the server.
  
  Overall, if it weren't for Trivia night, I'd likely never come back to Peggy O's. It's disappointing when you can see the shortcuts that restaurants are making nowadays, in both food and service. The quality (or lack thereof) really shows.

  Great local hang out. Always has music on the weekends and is a fun place to meet friends for a few drinks and some good food. A little pricey but worth it.

  We love Peggy O's. Great local place with a local bar crowd. Tap selection is good and food is consistent. Really love the nightly specials during the week. Great place to go hang for a beer and apps. Great staff too!

  They have amazing live music on some nights and delicious bar food! Must try it youll feel great and chill in the atmosphere
