  I would rate this store higher except for the terrible pharmacy. They drop auto-refills off of your records, fail to notify you when meds are ready and fail to stock common medications so you end up without what you need when you need it. Add to that the condescending attitude shared by most of the staff there and you get a really crappy pharmacy. Too bad. It's very convenient to have a pharmacy right there in the grocery store, but they could stand some improvement. Otherwise, this is a nice store - always clean and usually well-stocked. Grocery employees at the register and out on the floor are super nice. Deli counter folks are good as well. Pharmacy is the only dim spot and it is dim indeed.

  As a infrequent visitor to this store, I was unfamiliar with the placement of the ticket machine for the deli. After being drawn down by one of the managers for not following protocol, I left the deli without purchasing anything and have decided to never go back to this store. With all the competition out there, you need to do better.

  Great Customer service, when shopping someone always asks to help, and if they're out of something, they'll either get you a rain check, or offer something else! I love Publix!
